A complete recipe making session consists of all carefully selected ingredients, a recipe booklet and hands on guidance. You don’t need anything else.

Saturday February 8th, on request by many of you. A session with me where we will make the world famous Indian Dessert (Gulab Jamun) and Chicken Tikka Masala, a much loved curry.

What’s new in this Day with the Chef Session ?

I am excited to announce the latest in series of my day with the Chef sessions. Gulab Jamun has seen the taste of time and has been eternal dessert of Indian feasts. This time we will start scratch from raw ingredients, follow a written recipe steps and take home what you make.

What exactly is the Chef Session anyway ?

The Day with Chef has been created by Private Chef Karuna Kumar as a special day for budding cooking enthusiast, YouTubers, food bloggers and everyone interested in great delicacies. Group of 4 – 7 people gather, meet & greet and utilize the next 2 hrs learning a brilliant recipe.

Once you cook with me you will never go back to the of the shelf Gulab Jamun and Chicken Tikka Masala from anywhere. Right off the fresh ingredients, precise measurements and process along with generations of family heirloom knowledge. Taste it to feel it.
