Introducing food prepared by me in commercial facility purpose-built to produce food specifically for delivery. a.k.a Cloud Kitchen. My own virtual restaurant made possible recently by advances in technology and changes in consumer habits.
Travis Kalanick announced he’s leaving Uber’s board to focus on his business pursuits, ‘ghost kitchen’ (another name for a commissary kitchen) startup that’s backed by $400 million fund.

2) Chicken Tikka Masala – (The restaurant style classic)
3) Dhaba Style Dal Tadka – Perfectly spiced lentils tempered in clarified butter, garlic)
4) Palak Paneer – (Pureed spinach, paneer, aromatic spices. Finished with cream)
5) Pindi Chole – (North Indian style spicy chickpeas)
6) Kadhai Chicken – (North Indian style spicy chickpeas)
7) Zafrani Kheer – (Slow cooked rice pudding. Flavored with saffron, cardamom)
