Royal Awadhi Flavors
Welcome to “The Apron Trail” Supper Club. Finally, I have managed to think through a name for my Supper Club! Isn’t it nice and natural? My food theme has always been inspired by my ancestors and royal kitchens. The Apron Trail is one small effort to take you through the culinary trails of India.
Travel with me to the region of Awadh is known for it’s royal cuisine and flavors. Though the Nawabs of Awadh may have long gone but they have given rich food culture with iconic dishes, complex flavors. Not to mention techniques of slow cooking and to extensively use of exotic spices and aromatic fragrance Kewra, Rose. And Saffron that gives beautiful color and flavor to the food.
Join us on November 10th and let me serve you on a foodie evening full of flavors.
