United Punjab On The Platter

Welcome to “The Apron Trail”!!

Come dine with us as in as we travel to the region of United Punjab in a culinary trail from where both sides of my ancestors belong. The region known for its unmatched flavors, textures and aroma. The region where the local dishes were influenced by colonial rulers. The land of 5 rivers which is beyond Butter Chicken, Tandoori Chicken. Apparently both the legendary dishes not created here 🙂

Save your dates for Friday, June 25th for a foodie evening with stories and recipes from my grandma’s kitchen. And they promise to awaken the nostalgia that lingers. The menu has been carefully crafted to bring you the best of culinary world across rivers.
